its mostly the shouting, random cutting off the end of sentences and over the top reactions to everything. granted ego did not invent this but this wave of 'comedy' is certainly his doing, at least partly.
at this point a mellow let's play would be refreshing.
Haha it's strange because a lot of the time I would like to picture that too, but I end up... I dunno, I just end up boring to be honest, all I say is "Aaaand that's the green star... Now we're.... just gonna go to the left... and jump up there.... Yeah this is good... This is good" and doesn't really get anywhere, and some of that can be seen in the next episode, so I mean I'm gonna give it a try, but to be honest I found my niche, which is ironically crazy and shouty. I'm just not worth listening to when I'm mellow xD

Its something a Lets Player always has to face my friend, suddenly everything's egoraptor nowadays, even the food you eat is probably egoraptor, but hey, cant really say i tried to be arin to be perfectly honest, apparently doesnt bode well with viewers huh? meh, nevermind ey? xD
